Is the interview process for returning to wells ( after 1.5 years elsewhere) different than the “normal” interview process ? I have an interview scheduled but it’s with one person as opposed to a panel (although I worked with the person before previously) not sure if the process is abbreviated or they are just “doing me a favor” of going through an interview when really someone else already has the job

The dead weight are the ones being brought in. I have not seen anything of value from any of those million plus Charlie’s buddies they brought in it the newly created roles to show they were doing minority hiring.
Most come back or try due the the highest percentage of dead weight I have ever seen at WF. They cannot hack actually doing work and being accountable. Never mind not being qualified.
Since you are external now you have a better chance than anyone here.
Cut the poster some slack. It ain't all ho--y dory on the other side.
I've known plenty who left, and came back.
Why would you even consider returning. Yikes.
The definition of insanity
You must be very desperate.
I was laid off, and interviewed with the hiring manager that I previously worked for, and his associate.
After that, met with key executives, but was turned down.
Better luck to you.
Usually, the first interview is the HR recruiter doing the screening until you meet with the actual hiring manager.
Why are you going back to that shitshow?
Hopefully you get it plus an increase
Why would you even consider going back?
