Good raise? Sore behind after chewing out for not going into the office? What should we expect? PIP ?

I was told that I’m in line for a possible PIP on next review cycle in 2023. I am now REALLY looking to move on from HW on my terms. Just the motivation I needed.

Honeywell is checking door logs against timecards.
Logs reported employees as having been onsite the whole month who left years ago. Also reported some employees never onsite who were there everyday.
Me, mr manager, had to explain every low attender like a grade school teacher.
After seeing that log i wouldnt trust honeywell security to babysit my vrbo let along my house.
No i wont have that conversation.

A raise at mid-year! Now that's funny.

I love my mid-year. I look happy, shake my head up and down, listen to my boss how great he is and then I go back and hide for 6 more months like a bear hibernating. Only 2 more years and I'm done. Not sure how to fill he 20 minutes a day of actual work I do.

I heard from several people that they have been told about their WFH habits during the mid year.
