Anyone see that email from Paul Rosenbaum last week annoucing that the bedminster location will be closing early 2023 and full relocating to two smaller buildings right on 1405 Route 206. Seems like it will all be shared spaces going forward.

@mqd+1i9h9Ofn the Basking Ridge building was sold years ago to Verizon.
Shut that mother down.
Most folks from there have shared desk space at another office building in the area.
The land under the campus is much more valuable especially for residential units, that's Basking ridge , you may even be able to Golf at Trump's course. It's right across the street.
Are any workgroups still in Basking Ridge? That was one heck of a campus! There were never any cars in view, all cars were parked underground below the campus!
SBC now t have been selling buildings for a few years now. That's how they get their numbers. They either relocate their people like you'se guys in Chicago now report to San Antonio and tell employees to move or your terminated or they relocate the employees to another side of town. Then they sell the building and those that are now full of people are now leased space.
Don't remember if it was the Stink or Big Ed but HEADQUARTERS in Dallas aka "Whitacre Tower" was sold to Carl Icahn and is now leased space.
Sounds like Eddie Lambert and Sears. Don't fix the problem. Oh no. Sell the realty until there is no realty.
Stankey continues with the downhill spiral. Cut expenses all you want, however, that's not going to save T. This is the same path legacy T took trying to keep their head above water. We all know how that ended, Whitacre bought legacy T, just prior to their filing for bankruptcy. History repeating itself!
I wonder if everyone will be forced to report in person to the new buildings.
Paul Rosenbaum is like a fossil. Will he stay in the old building. LOL
The NOC left years ago, COVID hit and the building was half empty even before that. The town wants that property to build homes, can't blame them, it's an albatross.
