AT&T cellular is sending some third party debit cards for refunds due as currency for the thousands of customers changing providers. Customer has to activate online before the card expires and plug in address information....and SOMEBODY keeps the money when all that doesn't seem to work exactly as planned. Some middle manager did this. Maybe it was the same talent that sent me a $5 phone and disconnected my line.

Sounds about right, making things as difficult as possible, then claim success for implantation. Results, who cares! Moving onto to f^&*ing up the next thing.
