Employees need to become more vocal with BoD members to hold JTS accountable for his actions. Enough is enough and BoD must seek an immediate termination of JTS employment contract.

If they ever boot Stankey out, I would like to be there when it happens.
I've been here, very vocal for a long time. Doesn't seem to help.
The BOD needs to stop giving Stankey blank checks. He is no better than a teenager going to mom and dad for a handout.

It's going to take the institutional investors, Vanguard and Blackrock (or stone) to change out the BOD. And the annual meeting has just passed.
If they come out with an alternative slate of directors, everyone is going to vote for them.

This presupposes that BoD members care what employees think.
Here's a hint: they don't.
Everything Stevenson and Stanky have done has been approved by the board. The real move is getting a new board because they clearly have not acted in the stockholder's or employees best interests.
Stankey is fire proof. Everyone would love to see him go, kicking and screaming, unfortunately he will only leave on his terms and his terms only.
