WBD TO ANNOUNCE EARNINGS AUG 4 AND WILL LAYOFF 70% OF HBOMAX DEVELOPERS

Discovery go handed a pile of garbage from Mr. "I know more about creating media than anybody". A lot of those from Warner will get canned. Now it sounds like the Stink is looking to reduce headcount at AT&T

Discretionary income will dry up soon. WMD will find it difficult, if not impossible, to make their numbers. Discovery paid way too much for WM. Stankey is lucky he unloaded WM when he did, even at a 50% loss.

I think WBD now realize they bought a "pig in a poke". Stankey was very lucky he got 50% of what he paid for WM. Discovery probably could have held out for 25% if they had been smart.

The Stink is jealous that he could not be part of the mass wackings he so enjoys as it feeds his megalomania.

On top of this, they are not releasing the now finished Batgirl movie. WM said it will never be released. Unreal! $100M wasted cash.

What is the source for the layoff info? If they are anything like T the 70% may not amount to much if everything is outsourced like it is at T.

T is never satisfied with just ruining their own company. They go out out of their way to ruin others, too.

Would it be so dire at WBD if T never purchase WB?
I don’t have the answer for sure but would be interested in others thoughts.

T always leaves a path of ruin and destruction in its wake after failed mergers.
