Question for you. Since the company cannot ask vaccinated status, isn’t everyone required to wear a mask per company policy.

Yes we are required to wear a mask. Rona only exists in COR stores in the state of TN. Vader has proven this with real time results and is looking out for our best interests. The cloth masks that are provided for us are made of kevlar and will stop anything. God bless the death star.

Does it matter at this point since neither work? The virus has run it’s course like all viruses and is less potent as everyone seems to begetting it now. But let’s keep the hysteria going can’t rule the people unless there is a crisis or a war.
Whether they ask or not, you do not have to wear a mask if you are vaccinated.
If an employee didn’t submit their vax status they needed to seek an accommodation. Vaxxed are no longer required to wear a mask unless local/state requires it or you are in an are deemed as high risk. Non vaxxed are required to double mask. Do people always do what they are told…NO
I really don’t care which side you are on. Can someone answer the question? Does company policy require that everyone wear a masks since they cannot ask your status?
