No, no, the whole point to Warn is to provide advance notification of eminent layoffs (repositioning).
I think the layoffs has to start first. 😜
Since they rarely meet the terms of Warn, they do not have to do official notice. Company policy does provide some notice, depending on employment status.
The short answer is no. Stankey can do whatever he wants.
