Just bumped off my program … again.. told to go work some random revcog job at another site where they don’t need or want help. Who the heck makes these calls?
Honestly I can’t handle the stress of my manager telling me to change programs to “meet aop goals” every other month. Honeywell can’t keep priorities the same long enough to finish anything. Done with this.

+ Leadership for R&D Investment and Revenue COGS Program spend, RDE recovery and revenue recognition for assigned programs.
+ Ensure overall RDE and REVCOGS financial performance to AOP and STRAP for assigned programs.
REVCOG PUMP= FIND MONEY (Revenue) to support BOTTOM LINE financial Quarter numbers.
15 years in Honeywell Aerospace and the only place I've heard the term RevCog is on this website. Still don't know what it means. Not everyone on this site is an engineer.
I couldn’t care less about the president of aero. Another nameless Honeywell drone clone who probably made their career around outsourcing and then running to a new job before the customers wised up to the disaster. Dime a dozen in Honeywell.

I know this will come as a shock to you but not everyone that works at Hon works in Aerospace. Not everyone gets pulled into rev cog

I think that "what is revcog" is as much of an outsider question as "who is maddog"

Stress— doesn’t work that way if you give a d—n about quality. Now i get to sit in daily meetings being given tasks that I can’t get done without some e1 holding my hand because I get no training and there is no documentation.
Yeah, and you get to participate in the incentive where you get paid less than flipping burgers…
What’s the stress…unless you’re the boss, you simply do your job, they pull you off, cool…all is ok….let the managers stress, not the employees!
