Can’t keep good help

This company needs to start really investing in good people instead of iPads and handheld devices that don’t work properly and only make production more time consuming. Multi-billion dollar company and their priorities are so far out of whack, the next wave of resignations will ultimately be the downfall of this company unfortunately.

They have to keep their IT id--ts working so all their “wonderful” apps and updated cr-p on the company website have to not work properly. That NOVA system is more time consuming than the smart system. To even get signed into the wire (or whatever it’s called) you have to log in 3 times and of course the system takes forever! But hey, why make things easier and less work at a multi billion dollar corporation

The M.F.S.A. was recently upgraded and the new scanner portals are getting closer to rolling out in all clubs. Backroom associates are living on borrowed time and are being forced to watch as their new mechanical replacements take over. Front end answers to Scan-n-go. Merch must learn the way of the telzon, MC and TC or face extinction.

the corporate world is ferociously working toward ridding themselves of their most costly liability , human workers. In time jobs like stocking , fork driving and receiving will all but be eliminated altogether. Walmart is running down that road as fast as they can...

Ge-z....how many times are we going to read about the downfall of a multi billion dollar company. Yes staffing sucks, that's everywhere now, especially in retail.
