We need to finally come to terms with the fact that Mondelez does not and never will care about its employees. Until I finally accepted it, I took everything very personally and along the way I hoped that something would change. Is there any reason to think that something could improve? No, I don't think so, nothing will change for the better here.

I have a college degree and an SR currently. I get offers daily. When I finally get something that I like I'm gone. No notice either.
