It’s been a long time since I’ve seen so many people leaving positions at Sam’s. I can remember when the Obama administration began raising minimum wages to lure the less-skilled, entitled, and lazy people into the workforce, causing the skilled and experienced workers to leave for better jobs once they got tired of doing everyone else’s jobs. This is 100% the state of affairs today, only much worse. If you have experience in a skilled labor job, forklift job, merchandising job, or even in leadership or management, now is an excellent time to pursue a change for the better. Sam’s, which was once a decent paying job, is now at the bottom of the barrel in terms of pay for the workload assigned. Don’t get left behind stuck to deal with the sea of incompetent new hires constantly coming in with absolutely 0 work ethic, experience, and the collective IQ of a baked potato! Run before all the good jobs are gone!

Sam's also used to be a decent place to work. That was 20 years ago!
