Do you find Town Hall meetings useful?

Really?

You are 1,000 % correct. The Town Halls all have "success" stories with very little time spent discussing what the employees care about. They are proud of themselves for instituting "merit" reviews during their watch while ignoring the fact that the average employee was passed over for raises for several years. Employees are not given raises because "they can't afford it", while they get their exorbitant bonuses. They color the truth the way they want to perceive it because they can't admit that the average employee has been given the shaft.

I have left DXC because I could no longer put up with the lies.

Is there any footage of the town hall where he got angry.. I remember being on that TH and him going all nasty... pi---d me off for the rest of the day.. and since then have decided to leave the company.

I doubt the replay is available anymore.

It's because the last town hall had to be pulled of the intranet site due to his anger flare up, and if the customers or shareholders had seen that there would have been uproar.

Mike was left exposed as the staff were pressing about pay and his pr/spin "rewarding our staff" (all but in word) has always been about everything except rewarding staff so he got angry and started to flip.

I'm sure he has been on anger management training since then, so don't sure why he has stopped doing town halls except that with inflation so high he would have address the pay issue and customers would have found out his behaviour.

His also really embarrassed how much the exec team are rewarded and how the lower staff are paid especially in the current difficult times, and how it has become common knowledge of the discrepancies.

Let's hope he actually rewards staff as they should be and hopefully he has got over his anger issues.

What townhall? Shouty McShoutFace quarterly townhalls seem to have stopped, last one was in Feb, but the May one was strangely missing. I can only assume he's sulking because us sc-m kept asking him about reward, this suits his PR minders as him complaining about our tone whilst shouting and screaming about how we dare question him in the Q&A was not a good look.

Also every other town hall is also becoming pointless as they refuse to talk about the one topic staff are interested in, reward, everything else is irrelevant

I can't go to townhall's officially as I don't have PPMC or a WBS that I am lean staffed to charge my time

I've no time listening to people st-----g their own egos, filling their pockets, and likely don't have a background in hardware or software IT.

I want to work at the company they tell me I'm working at. Unfortunately can't match what I'm being told on the Town Hall to what I see every day. They offer bread and circuses.
