Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

They deal with irrelevant things

Management constantly avoids topics that are of interest to us. They have become real experts in sweeping important things under the carpet. What do the hope to achieve with that? I guess they think that if they don't talk about an issue, the issue will go away? That's terrible.

I notice when they started hosting
a bazillion townhalls, they used to let you see the peoples questions and you could up-vote them etc. Vast amount related to pay. I now notice they are hiding the viewers questions now! Likely so they can pick and choose the ones they want to answer.. and dodge the pay rise ones as we all now they ain't coming! Or at least will be a pittance!

@OP+1hy6b4w9 - Correct as well; Mr Shouty had his chance to reform the company - cut out / slim down the BS - mostly toffee nose middle management, modernise and consolidate processes; turning this turkey around but he's failed big time.

Time for him to go.

You are 1,000 % correct. The Town Halls all have "success" stories with very little time spent discussing what the employees care about. They are proud of themselves for instituting "merit" reviews during their watch while ignoring the fact that the average employee was passed over for raises for several years. Employees are not given raises because "they can't afford it", while they get their exorbitant bonuses. They color the truth the way they want to perceive it because they can't admit that the average employee has been given the shaft.

I have left DXC because I could no longer put up with the lies.
