My favorite thing about the walks is the days before. We have to hide anything that makes our job easier.
I always feel like when the HO hive mind is present at our club they want us like 18th century children seen but not heard.
THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN THE TRUTH. SINCE THE BEGINING OF TIME.
Dog and pony shows for home office visits are a joke. Why do they even announce they are flying in? Just show up unannounced and see what a real life uninformed club looks like.
They never go well in there eyes, one thing out of place and they complain about it to the mangers and team leads walking with them. The people who are actually doing the job gets nailed for it. Half the time they never showed up in our club until a week or two later, because they have found another club in the area that was really bad so they just didn't get to your's. It's all just a big joke .
Lmao. These are the people that were working from home during the entire pandemic because they couldn't risk getting sick. Meanwhile the associates were running these stores risking their lives. And they want to come into the club with oh look that sign is crooked. Gtfoh
Our walks never go well. We haven't passed a walk since we got the current store manager a couple years ago.
All the corporate clone Kool-Aid drinkers represent exactly what is wrong with this company.
They come in with an ego and think they're all almighty. They give you unrealistic things how the club should be ran. So glad they only come once or twice a year. Then don't forget to post their visit on workplace that nobody cares about except them.
Yeah, They do this to impress themselves so they can hopefully keep their job for another year. Most of the pencil pushers are clueless when it comes to club level decisions. They have no idea what goes on in a typical day. Their biggest decision in life is what they are going to eat for lunch everyday.
Those company jet seats just don't fill themselves.
