I keep getting contacted by HON recruiters. Then I ask if they still have vaccine mandate and they go away.
I left a few months ago and I get two phone calls each week about contract positions at Honeywell. Obviously, these "recruiters" don't know anything about the 6 month moratorium before one can return on contract after leaving... unless that changed with the mass exodus. Either way, I have no plans to return to the dumpster fire that is Honeywell.
Honeywell is currently offering referral signing bonuses for Aero Minneapolis...
Hiring has been frozen for 3 years unless you are a fresh UR or a diversity executive hire. Diversity URs are automatically considered executive track … if you think this is sarcastic explain why my diversity tagged E1s have Director and VP mentors with special projects assigned to give visibility.
Definition of diversity hire seems to change constantly and has nothing to do with local demographics or candidate pool. Seems like a standard attack against Asians to this under represented minority.
I still see Honeywell position posted on job sites, I see them frequently.
Might be just a delay in closing the listing or could be the same blinded, thoughtless actions we're praising these days. Walked by an open conversation about salaries and job searches last week... ha, not even quiet about it.
Step one complete. This HW playbook never sits long enough to gather dust. Hire, freeze ,fire and repeat. Just like shampoo.
Don't threaten me with a good time!! Everyone in AERO is praying for furloughs or possibly RIFs. Tired of getting worked to death.
