An old saying: "Don't dip your pen in the company ink."

Then I'll confirm it. Mad Dog is the guy who is Aerospace president has initials MM. He's also responsible for the $1 Billion USD backlog in ISC before his promotion.

VOE survey was a joke. Any employee with experience (ie those more likely to respond with criticism vs unbridled enthusiasm) know it’s not anonymous at the VP level up. What’s worse, first level managers and up can view their direct reports comments, which makes it easy to identify individuals based on writing style. So a majority of employees with a poor view of the company didn’t even contribute. Survey results were bad already, imagine what they would have even with 100% participation.

I hope the new HR VP enacts a RIF soon. I’m ready to don my tin parachute and bail out of this place.

Dead on with that employee survey.

Disastrous program that will soon be lauded in a townhall.. everyone will get bonuses and a handshake for a job complete and then silence. Meanwhile the beatings will resume.

@nhi, no names, please. The mods will remove the posts or sometimes the entire thread. Do your best with the clues. and the answer to your question is yes.

I can guess why the HR VP was disappeared:

  1. Cluelessly green lighted the embarrassing Voice of the Employee survey.
  1. Can’t keep labor costs down due to rapid departures.

One top brass form HR and one from the Electronics COE. Heard it as a rumor that might actually be true.
