As a prem thec if the company does not merge us into the core agreement i’m out being a tfs technician with better pay able to leave in eight hours to see my family has always been a dream after 15 years of insane overtime and not being able to be with my family as much as I want to believe this is the now or never moment at least for me

T can't fill vacancies not just in the west. Their benefit restructuring to attract young workers was a massive failure to existing employees who left and has done nothing to attract new workers. They've had to resort to signing bonuses which only annoys existing workers even more. It's another typical AT&T failure. They might claim existing customers get the same deal, but existing employees don't.

T can’t fill vacancies in the West due to the high cost of housing. Techs would love to take the job, but after they learn the cost of housing, consideration goes right out the window!

I don't like that someone has to strike but if our workers don't care a fair settlement, I'm all for it. Especially given managers don't want to go back into the office, let's see how stinkey tries to get someone to leave home to do jobs that they aren't even qualified to do.

Have not heard anything. Only one update this entire time that said they were far apart.
