Company driven by fear

It's enough for me just to see my manager and get an anxiety attack immediately. He is certainly not paid to make the best employees (who are satisfied despite being paid little) leave the company. He is paid to keep such people, I guess. Still, I’m glad to notice that they are less and less succeeding at managing by fear? People are less and less afraid to leave.

Mr. Sam called managing by intimidation "chicken management". Most of the people who are now in management in this garbage company practice a style of management that has already passed through the chicken.

I wasn't afraid of management or their trolls. It was simply their terrible way of treating people that weren't on their like list and a filthy place to work.

I left 3 years ago after a cumulative 22 years with the company. Best decision ever. Now they're sending me flyers offering a sign-on bonus. Word is out among pharmacists that this company sucks.

I left after 19 years and 9 months. Got a different job and it's the best decision ever. The grass is greener on the other side and not full of Sams Club landmines.

IF seeing your manager gives you an anxiety attack, you will struggle through life. Anything that doesn't come easy will break you.

I left after 25+ years. The way the new management treat people is unbelievable.
