He's an A-Ho-e. I remember when he came to our facility years ago, and gave a talk in the auditorium. He said "If what you are doing is not making $ money for the company, don't plan on being here in the future". We all looked at each other and realized what a narrsasistic A-Ho-e he was.
He is rotten to the core. In the few short years as CEO, he has managed to alienate the entire workforce at T, well except for a few bootlickers. He's not fit to be a first level, let alone a CEO. The sooner he is gone the better.

He is not so much a cause of att problems. He is a product of the culture. Not sure that with times the way they are, it would have been possible to find someone significantly different.
