Has anyone gone through the Religious Exemption for the vaccine here at Wells Fargo Bank? I am about to start with the bank and will go through the process so any insight from folks with the experience would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

Wonderful! If you get sicker due to your lack of a vaccine, will your house of worship be helping with the expenses or will the rest of us in the insurance risk pool be chipping in for you?

There is no religious exemption from vaccines because there is no vaccine mandate. I feel like there are way too many employees that about 3-6 months behind current events which is scary.
My in laws are Christian Scientist and do not see doctors or get any vaccinations. Never have. No meds, no alcohol, no birthday celebrations… there are religions who follow the no vaccine mantra and always have so I can understand the OP question. We don’t even require testing for the unvaccinated, masks in the building, or distancing of any kind - you don’t need an exemption. Just click the button (not even sure they’re still asking) saying you’re unvaccinated and that’s about it.
The person who recommended you find a different company - that’s stellar advice you should consider. Wells Fargo is not where you want to be, all the rejects from JPM have run the stagecoach right over the cliff.
The vaccine works. Just look at Faucci. 4 shots and still got it.

Why do you need an exemption? Vaccines aren't required.
