Would give me 3months paid to find a new job. My raise wasn't even 1%, the COLA should have been somewhere around 10% to cover inflation.

FFS THERE IS NO COLA!!!!!!!! Just stop it people. There has never been a COLA at WF going all the way back to 1852 and yet people insist on talking about other types of increases as if they are. Just stop. The use of the word "COLA" should draw a oerma ban.

Most are just looking to get away from the toxic leadership, even at a pay cut.
No COLA at Wells. Only the usual 1-2%. I think most are looking outside the bank for a salary correction.
