I used to work at a local bank that numbered employees in hundreds, not hundreds of thousands. There was no way for that move to turn out to be a wrong move, right? Wrong. I'd give anything to go back to my old bank. There is much more to a job than advancement and now I know that. The company culture, the management, the way conflict is resolved, and the overall treatment of employees, among so many other things. I used to love my job and now I hate it. If anybody who's considering a similar move is reading this, don't do it. It's not worth it.

Joined in early 2016 when the bank still had a halo around it. Quickly slid downhill ever since.
If you joined recently, that's your own fault. If you can get out, do it.
Realizing this now and making a move now is better than being there for years and then realizing it. The good news is, there are 2 jobs for every person out there that wants one. Also, you get to fill out an exit interview form when you leave. I let ‘em have it and was very candid about why I left. Best move I ever made was leaving WF.
Welcome to WF! Dude I did EIGHT fu----g years here of hard time. I worked thru the scandal of 2016 and others, suck it up. Those days were awful. I feel like I got out of the state penitentiary when I left last year.
