So is it far to guess the next round of layoffs will be by mid Sept?

How many "needs improvement" must one get before they fire you?
If it's two or three, then does that mean that it would take two or three years to fire somebody?
I don't think a manager can just flat out say "your fired". But how easy is it for a manager to fire somebody that they don't like?
We were told to expect monthly layoffs through November. I’m honestly surprised Ebenezer is skipping December.
Mid year review are done July. They will most likely lay off people in Mid August. Thats what happened with me.
They strategically won’t lay off after Oct 15th because they would have to match those 401K contributions for those still on the 60 day paid notice period. Also, they hope you will resign after they scr_w you over with an “inconsistently meets” or “does not meet” mid-year. It’s in the playbook - run good people off and be sure to save money in any way possible.
So promotions end of July? Sweet!
Hearing next big one in Sept as well, will always have the monthly ones.
I guess this means layoffs are coming in mid July and mid August

Bush Jr gave most of our jobs to them a long time ago. Quit regurgitating sound bites and find out the facts for yourselves. Ditto heads and sheep know nothing about the real world.
No. Straight termination for "non performance " beginning at or right after the review.
At least in July due to the rate hike then again in October.
Pretty sure the guy they brought in from the early 2000s into Lending is their hatchet man.
No. Next week. Then again in July.
