Compensation gaps between executive and employee pay

The pay gap is huge. Rich are greedier than ever. It would be interesting to see how over the years the compensation gap between executive and employee pay became bigger and bigger... That would be an interesting slide share.

And in 2022, they will take credit for all the increased business and profits and give them fat hikes.
And in 2023, once the economy slows, they will fire a bunch of employees under the guise of tough recessionary economic conditions and all the lucky ones still employed should be thankful for what they have. And then take credit for their extraordinary leadership that enabled the company to get through these harsh economic times warranting another fat bonus!
Being a CEO is a job like none other!

In 2020, the CEO compensation package was $19.1M. In 2021, his compensation package was $26.1M.

Source: biz journals dot com. Not a bad hike for what they probably considered an “off” year.

I just saw that Honeywell posted on LinkedIn how they are celebrating Juneteenth day today. Earlier I saw them flout their dedication to supporting the LGBTQ+ community. All good and fine but have you looked at the Senior leadership from the company website? Mostly old white guys, only 2 women and 2 guys from India.....

Not exactly walking the talk these days...

Yep. Better work harder wage slave. We VPs are 100% vested at 50percent pay after six years and get 100 percent of pay bonus each year if we can drive you to work free overtime. In return we give up marriages and relationships with any children we happen to have ( both foreign and domestic).

What i want to show is the cost of living adjusted wages between EM and DM regions made public. The whole concept of "low cost regions" is veiled racism. Tell me .. what is the percentage of people of color working in the shanghai office?
Slavery.
Cant wait for global unions to be recognized by the united nations and the world court.
