Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

The responsibilities and workload in the pharmacy have become ridiculous

Meetings, metrics, shots, conference calls, plans of action, and terrible horrible incompetent management. Nobody even wants to apply here anymore. We can't keep pharmacists or technicians.

I never thought I would say this, but It's time to unionize.

Well, give up on raises now. The new payscale gets you to the top of the payscale faster (like in 4 years), but we no longer get the yearly 2%. Don't believe me, ask your manager to see the q&a page they got when this change come out.

In my pharmacy we only got one raise in 2 years and we didn't get any yearly raise since they gave us the $1.00. Don't speak if you don't know what your talking about

Pharmacy techs and managers have received 4 raises in the last 2 years, not counting their yearly raises. Raises that no other hourlies have gotten. Raises that I know club managers were told they were not allowed to discuss with anyone when they were told. No one has any sympathy for anyone in the pharmacy. Grow up

But haven't you heard the news, the average pharmacy technician at Walmart/ Sam's is making $20.50 an hour. Our DM always said when we asked about raises "with more money comes more responsibility". That's not the case in any other part of the store. He is such a douche!

NO UNION. Not giving any of my money to someone setting at a desk.
