This is news to me, as per Jeff Elfish email, El Segundo is no longer considered a hub location and all employees are now labeled Virtual (TW) in webphone.

There's no way DTV needs that amount of office space in El Segundo.
When is the lease up for renewal?
If I remember correctly, DTV took over the lease on that complex.
Yeah, what do you expect El Segundo is DTV own and operated. No such thing as free rent anymore.
