OP, your post is pointless without adding the site you are talking about. There are dozens of sites in the US each with their own ISC teams. Then there are the leadership ISC folks that the site ISC groups report up to.

Which engineering team in ISC are you referring to? Is it JenT group? Poor souls lost their way since JH time when he moulded and mashed the engineering groups together hoping to make fine pottery but instead got plain mud instead. Don't they just show fine charts of how great our factories are doing anyway?

Delivery is bad, revenues are low. Its no surprise what Honeyhell will do next to change their current fate. Slashing would be too easy. Looks to me that they are more likely going to assign engineers to be part of teams to join sourcing or planning to recover missed supplier deliveries as a short assignment and then show them the door at the end of the assignment. Current engineers still stuck with the organisation will have to carry more weight from dismissed team mates till they drop like a dying horse. Its happened all so many times and it comes as no surprise to anyone that has been with the company for years what antics that those buffons up in their offices would do just to satisfy MM.

Heard nothing of this. Maybe its to address the high attrition since every worthy engineer have already left and what remains are engineers just waiting to leave their jobs at the next oppurtunity.
