Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

US Bank: Yet another "Bad Bank" cliche.

I for one am taking my severance and not looking back. I've been with US Bank for a long time and it's only gotten worse over time. There's a lot of other companies out there that still have some humanity, so don't fret for to long over these layoffs. It's a blessing in disguise!

I agree.
Sometimes we need to push to move on.
Hopefully everyone who lost their jobs will find something that offers a higher pay and better benefits! I have enjoyed working at U.S. bank, but they are telling me it’s my time to go.

As for the severance, you can find the 2022 info in your Total Benefits. No matter how much you get, it’s still never enough.

If you don't mind, can you please share the severance information. I remember reading an email about updated severance policy in December but I can't recollect what exactly it was.
