Violation of the law... Haa.. haa. When you get your layoff papers they make you sign a waiver that you won't sue them, in order to get your severance, etc. Even if you did try to sue them, unless you had thousands of other people standing behind you it would be stuck in the court systems for many years.
When there were layoffs in my area at AT&T Labs back in 2020, they targeted people that were in the age group of 58-65.
They always target the older employees. It's discrimination but almost everyone takes the severance pay and signs the letter they won't sue. The only alternative is to sue and that could take years to settle
stop playing the victim role give them a taste of their own medicine. higher ups love it when the bullies are being bullied.
If there is anyway T can hose it up, they will succeed at doing it. It’s going to take a very long time for T to get back to a good place. I feel sorry for anyone just starting with the company.

The root of the problem is Stank and Randy put their white guy friends in top roles. Then they put their people of color friends in squeezing out any white guy who wasn’t their friend. Maybe if they just appointed on merit they wouldn’t have an issue.
