Interesting who is becoming Product Owners. It's not the people who are the Product EXPERTS. It's the rah-rah cheerleaders and bootlickers.

We had one truly outstanding person on my team quit because of that already. :-(

More layoffs are coming with the product owner model forming.

By the time the layoffs are done, no one will be able to afford sundries like toothpaste, fingernail clitters, etc.

Seems plausible with the reorg coming at the end of the month that is supposed to affect every job role.

From what I've seen it is going to be a total clusterf**k. There is some glaring gaps in their ideas. Namely.. keep the business running. The focus is solely on delivery of new services. But the scrum/Kanban teams don't address support when there are issues.
