Can we talk about "Center Stage" and the whole Feedback Culture?
Ok, fine, sometimes you want to give an extra "thank you" to someone who went above and BEYOND their job.
But, this fishing for Center Stage compliments for people that are JUST DOING THE JOB THEY ARE ASSIGNED, (and sometimes not even doing it all that well), is too much.
I loathe the day that MetLife started offering rewards and trinkets via Center Stage.
I feel like all these automated feedback things are because when you get right down to it, management has no idea what their employees are doing.
I loathe the constant requests for "feedback". Feedback on a Service Now request?
Oh yes, Service Now, you did an excellent job in accepting my request and writing it to a database.
Just don't try to order an DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable. You won't find it. Who can I give feedback to on that?
