For a long time now, no one in this company expects things to start improving. On the contrary, everyone is constantly expecting the next bad thing that will make this workplace even worse. Am I right? This has become an extremely sad place to be working at.

Haha. These are the same people who pretend they're on a first name basis with the execs. Trying to impress us with a story about running in to them in the elevator or in line to get lunch. Hahaha. "Oh I know AP pretty well. Super nice guy." While in reality, AP nodded his head to him and said "good morning."
That last one is a true story. Like bud, you're in your late 40s and just a number to AP. Hahaha.
The guys who say just quit are the the subservient types who never question anything. They would offer their life partners up to AP.
