for those saying SvB wouldn’t give up his job, it might not be his decision. remember how he was overruled by powell right after he announced the tech rto strategy. Quite a bit of backpedaling there.

This is not the OP, but when I read: "employees across all technology functions", I interpret that as ALL technology functions regardless of location.
Saul and his mo--nic leadership team will spend all the time in "streamlining" without getting anything that matters done. No leadership at any level in this organization. Can't get simple apps migrated to the cloud while we continue to have customer impacting outages on Online Banking.

Uh, it's clearly stated that they are "streamlining the International Technology organization..."
SVB will need to clarify this at the next AMA. It’s a poorly constructed email that does make it sound like it’s possible that the US will have accountability to International. I’m surprised the comms people didn’t edit this better but maybe they have no idea what the content is, so just checked spelling and grammar, not clarity.
