Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Labels

We are in 2022, can we please stop using labels. Seriously POC???????

When it’s time to make cuts and layoffs are we looking at POC statistics as you call it or are we keeping the best of the best?

Being diverse is more important than being and having the elite working in your business.

Striving to be mediocre is the new battle cry.

Lotta folks in my group stopped using labels. Makes it hard to know what slot your circuit is in at each repeater case. :(

Stankey is holding himself accountable, to diverse senior levels. To the end, the report basically says there is opportunity to diverse executive ranks. No specifics were given on existing stats or future goals. Next year, he will say the same thing with slightly different words. Stankey still can't believe why the street won't take him seriously, he has a great record in holding himself accountable.

For those who think the company is going woke, relax, nothing new to see here. All the big talk about diversify and retaining talent, it's all print to rack up awards.

Funny, saying colored person is considered racist but person of color is supposedly politically correct. They both sound the same to me.

And I'm sure you consider yourself in the latter category. Ha! Likely not with this attitude.

Since he referenced worker pay in his intro, I got a little excited hoping we’d follow suit as other major companies and give employees pay raises. LMAO. Should’ve known better.

When the Stink speaks of POC - he means people with brown noses that attended his pajama parties!

POC statistics will definitely be considered. Draft Kings wouldn't take any action on that not happening.
