To: All Customer Operations managers, plus all officers and vice presidents
Jennifer Asplund, who leads Mobility Customer Care, announced her intention to leave the business after 17 years with the company, effective July 27.
We thank Jen for her contributions to our success and wish her and her family all the best.
With her exit, we will make the following changes that will align end-to-end ownership for the customer care experience to help achieve our mission to Serve Customers First. These changes are effective July 27...

Wow, 17 years of outstanding work in mobility. For those that do not have a clue, mobility carries the company.
Eric won't be smiling but at least his breath will improve....
Was she really that bad to get this much attention? Guess so. Eric Boyer must be upset....
Hello....folks are not announced when they resign.
Exiting on her own but leaving within 48 hours? Yeah, right.
I wonder if Stankey will host a farewell pizza party for her?
She's joining Biry at McAfee.
"Jennifer Asplund announces her intention to leave the business."
Now that's some spin making it appear as if this was a personal choice.
Taking care of workers. Taking care of investors. Taking care of customers. Go AT&T!
Ouch, that's gonna leave a mark.
Based on her Lnksht profile she seems smart
Don't know her but she has an MBA. That's the degree for people who want a credential and have great bullshitting skills but don't have the smarts or talent for anything truly useful. Once they have it they can get a management job telling other people to do things they don't know how to. She probably makes ki---r PPT slides, though, which will serve her well in her next position as an overpaid corporate crash dummy in a business suit.
Based on her Lnksht profile she seems smart, so no place for her in the "newly profiled corporation leaned toward simplicity".
Internal announcement went out Monday July 25. If you need to know you got the announcement otherwise it's nothing you need to know
Is this legit? I can't find anything about it outside of this post.
Wanna ba-f?

Who?
Will they speak English? Be in the USA?
I totally agree...would not have ever heard of these people if not for this blog site!
As far as I'm concerned, they're nobodies just like everyone else in the company with the exception of the 2 leaders.
You can watch upper management.. I do not care as long as I get a paycheck. Asplindi who? Aronldo who? Blah blah blah..
Stick it to the customers first.
"Serve customers first" hahahahahahahaha.
BS.
WoW! Never saw that coming. I wonder if she was highly encouraged to leave? Don't let the door hit you on your way out.
Thank goodness she made the announcement, otherwise no one would have really noticed her absence!
With her pension dropping 20% next year why would she stay?
