Aren't almost all plans incentivized to do autopay? If you don't do autopay your plan goes up by $10 per phone per month? And there's a late fee if you pay your bill late? So how are 2 day late payments affecting cash flow? It's not. Fake numbers are affecting it.

Any journalist called them out on this BS? 2 days? That sounds like some precision metric, just blowing smoke while inventing credibility.

People are setting up payment arrangements. Auto pay gets temporally suspended on the payment arrangement set up. Duh.

So much money being spent on internal systems. We pay so much to Accenture and on top of that we have lots and lots of internal teams $$$ following “agile” which requires heavy resources. Execs are unaware of true cost bc they are provided fake ROI.
All while no vendors such as tire shops, wrecker services, even trash services around here will provide service to AT&T because it takes them 90 days to get paid. We have to wait hours for road service because that’s the nearest vendor that will jump through T’s hoops. A flat tire at 8am means you’re doing nothing all day. A flat at noon means you’re getting OT to sit on the side of the road. We called the trash vendor because the dumpster was overflowing, they told us they were coming to remove the dumpster because they weren’t going to wait 90 days to get paid. You can’t make up the cr-p that goes on here.
It's all fake. Except when it's time to whine about the debt. Then it's real.
Stankey and Desroches have no clue as to why we are not trending to budget on CF. That has made analysts like Barclays distrust them and hurts the stock price. Employees see right through their incompetence and BS and morale is low
