How does that happen?

I take customer service calls as a WFH rep and alot of these comments are accurate. ALOT of people calling to set up payment arrangements because they cant pay this month. In addition tons of people calling up complaining that their bill went up after the rep told them it would be cheaper by adding a line, which gets cancelled when the next bill comes. Also there has been a big push with activating a 2nd line on phones that have Esim. So many people have called clueless about an extra number on their account having been told they can double their WIFI Hotspot, but not told of the extra cost. I take so many Esim escalations its beginning to remind me of the whole DTV NOW debacle, but with Esim.
lipstick on the pig
creative financing att style just like their billing
Workers getting paid, investors getting paid. Keep "cooking the results" cuz it's yummy.
Yes this is a competitive world that T has never been able compete. Too heavy in do little overpaid executives . Cut the blubber. Should have done it years ago. T will never be labeled a lean, mean communications company. Watch out here comes
TMobile. The company that Randy gave a billion dollars!
Can’t help but think the big money manipulators are buying T stock now. Just get rid of the fat, replace the CEO and the stock will skyrocket
This is the first time we have no Warner Media in our numbers, their revenue used to be included. Revenue and Profits are not directly linked.
Record number of subscribers added ? Someone is cooking these results. Where are these customers are coming from if all service providers are claiming the same? If there anybody in this country who does not have a mobile phone except newborn babies?
Easy! The Stink figured out how to reach deeper into the till! He needs to upgrade to Silk Pajamas for his next video!
Subscribers were up. Reps were slamming accounts with extra lines and telling customers it was cheaper that way. Customers figured it out and cancelled those lines. So, instead of T expecting income of hypothetically speaking $200 coming in they're getting $160. T was also spending as if though they were guaranteed $200 a month from that customer.
At this point in his career, John Stankey probably feels like Buck Fiden, everything he does seems to be a failure!
when you have too much debt and too many outstanding shares, expect more of the same in the future.
The company can’t do enough right now to right the ship. Layoffs will be forthcoming , but historically, all that does is put more work and pressure on the remaining employees.
Cherry pick on subs went up, for mobility and fiber. Other service subs, not newsworthy, driven revenue down with continual losses.
Blaming consumers not paying on time, that is rich, how about raising service fees while doing nothing?
I'll tell you exactly how that happens!
You offer the latest phone to all your customers "FREE", as long as they agree to a monthly reimbursement of your monthly payment!
Basically the same as the the old 2 year contracts only you lock customers in for 2.5 years.
I haven't payed for the latest phone in a long time.
That Retail ABC process really works! Lol, not a thing gained by it but tryn to justify all the management! We loose custs dailey in the Retails because of such BS we make the customers go through when they come into COR stores! So so sad! Shootn themselves in the foot again! They just go online and ship to there homes and avoid the stores! Way to go!
Competition is fierce in the mobility commodity market, it’s just like grain. T can’t survive the pricing declines…too much overhead and no offsetting product $. It’s as simple as that. This torture to employees that continue to look over their shoulders for the hammer to fall because it will….
When instead of pushing a $500/month ASE special circuit you try to sell a $50/month ABF Uverse service. :(
Many customers are not keeping up paying there bills because of the current economic climate. This is going to result in alot of disconnects for non-payment leading to a $10 billion cash flow impact thru 2023..its a tough business.
Overpaid IBEW workers.
Not charging enough to cover the cost of providing the service!
