At least Cote had a "common man" background. Tried commercial fishing for a year, took and hourly factory job at GE, then the light went on and he got a degree on the 6-year plan. You didn't have to agree with his decisions, but you had to at least respect the grunt work the guy did along his career path. DA had none of that... did he ever get his hands dirty? He might talk the talk be in my view he never walked the walk, and has zero in common with an average HON factory worker of engineer.
Management gets pipped when employee surveys leave the target range.
Target range is 0.0 to 0.1 stars higher than last year and no higher than 3.5.

We knew this was coming after pandemic, employees were getting layoff. Projects experts were leaving in large numbers. Projects were being halt, all essence. I left and never looked back... Honestly, never been happier!
When does mgmt get PIPPED??
Bye bye DA… we will celebrate your leave believe me. Never seen such a disconnect between a CEO and employees.
Layoffs.. yep. Until then. .. covered the bonus i had to pay back and bumped my salary 30 percent over what i earned in florida. I no longer worry about switching jobs. Taught me to focus on me and the task at hand.
Enjoy that while it lasts. Raytheon is notorious for layoffs.
But then again, you knew that before you jumped.
Right?
Huh… just checked my 401k and company stock is up 9% over the last 12 months. Oh yeah silly me.. I work for Raytheon now.
Time to liquidate employees, hold back raises and increase executive pay to compensate for getting through this tough period.
