ATT is ki----g itself by pushing the metrics so hard in unreasonable and unrealistic ways….no reasoning. Won’t keep stores really helping people. We have been harassed for not selling Elite plans. They don’t care that customers come in complaining about bills, and they expect us to take their bill up $100/month. Actually was told by National management that we had to have more than 50 percent on the highest most expensive plan, even when we are bring them up from mobile share to unlimited. If it isn’t the most expensive plan, it doesn’t count. Brought out protection plans ups to 90%, and it wasn’t enough. They are pushing too hard to force their stores to be unethical. And, as for those monthly 50 business leads…oh, no problem. Sure. Take a look at what customers want and take care of the, for once. Instead of pushing the, so hard they leave for Cricket. Take a look at the real American family instead of forcing them to pay more over and over every year.

Now the stock price is in the tank and FCF is projected to be lower. Raising cash flow is done by LAYOFFS

the culture is what's ki----g us. I get it, the company ain't unicef. Money is money. But the sheer corp greed and the sales process is gone and we are all total sharks. The name has been more than tarnished......its nothing what it used to be.

This is true in authorized retail too. If you aren’t hitting your unattainable goals they kick you out, but if you fraud your customers they keep you. If you believe in customer service, you are out just because you don’t out everyone on the most expensive rate plan that is way out of their budget and way more than they need. Our protection and next up plans were in the 80 and 90 percent and it wasn’t enough. Other stores would give new activations instead of upgrades and leave the customer hanging. As for support, forget it. If stores don’t add on extras they get in trouble. Our store used to have reps that cared, not people who demean your work and change your words into something that works against you just because you are running a good store and taking good care of the people who built this company up. Same went with some of our best reps. Gone. Customers don’t understand why they can’t get local service, and it’s because no one cares about them in corporate.

Define underperforning. The way T does is the one with the least amount of fraud. There's a solution for you.

There is so much fat needing to be trimmed.

Get rid of the fat. Take a look at the ones that aren't producing and rid the underperforming complainers.

Definitely going to be a holiday exodus this year. We will be saying goodbye to co-workers from all over the company.
We are a broke company, with minimal upside.
We have to trim headcount, reduce more debt and buyback as many shares as possible. And it all needs to be done yesterday.
If that weren’t enough, we have no vision from the c suite. Remember it was RS that said we would be managing decline if DTV/Warners Bros. didn’t work. That didn’t work so here we are…the third horse in a three horse wireless race. Removing high margin copper products and replacing that with lower margin fiber products.
Not a recipe for success for any company.
Best of luck to all in maintaining their employment.

I'd get rid of you just because of your grammar.
Zero future in retail.
