3rd quarter in a row of submitting form for commitment to acceptance of VSB. Is 3rd time a charm ? No offer as of yet. I would have retired months ago but HR keeps sending out this irrevocable form. Is this some kind of tease or is it for real this time?

I got my VSB in 2020 in the West form Craft Msts. I was going at the end of 2020 anyway so extra cash to retire early was a bonus! Plus I kept the subsidized medical the T pays till I’m 65. So glad to be gone from there! Much happier no stress….enjoying my life!!
This has coming for 2 years. Now that Stenk has spoken and virtually depleted 15-20 % of the value of this wonderful blue chip stock, then pawns will fall. If you can retire or get a new career with a company that has a leader. The writing is on the wall. At least 20% job cuts within a year.
Hope for the best. Plan for the worst. Especially with the clown running this operation.

Apparently, this VSB is strictly for management personnel only in the West because I'm in the west and haven't heard a thing about it. Is T just polling employees to see how many they can get to leave voluntarily and if so, you appear to be bound by it if you do volunteer? I wish that T would poll the bargained for personnel for voluntary severance!
