"also ratting on me to my manager for any mister meaner"
Really?
you all can apply for a new position at another company. Or are some of you chained to your laptop?
+1hCb3SIw - why not - as the working conditions and atmosphere have sunken to new low in UK - where your previous work colleague was your friend / helper; they done the same to me, also taking credit for my work, passing horrible personal comments about me, plying on pressure to me that letting the team down if I don't help manager out and to work excessive hours at night and weekend, also ratting on me to my manager for any mister meaner.
I really hate this company, it's bring all sort of problems to my health, to my relationships and to my well being - was in high hopes for Mr Shouty to turn the company around but he's the same mould as Mikey No 1 - taker and inept at his job.
Waiting for retirement or a WFR to leave this ^^%%^%^ company - 10 years at CSC and DXc with no thanks for my work, small pay rises and no promotion
I understand if you don't want to do anything extra and only be at work your 40 hours. But to pass hand stuff to your colleagues is just wrong.
Simply work to rule - do bear minimum work for these fools; pass all overtime and extra work load to your colleagues and simply sit back and wait for your WFR.
Not worth going up and beyond this cesspit of a company
Post ID: @lyd+1hCb3SIw when the executives, board , CEO and chairman of the board all give up taking their stock options , bonus and take a cut i n salary , then maybe i would be patient. but till they do i am all for a STRIKE if we don't get a decent pay increase by the 15th of JULY.

The 1.75% pay increase I received last year, after years of nothing, while Salvino (and Lawrie before him) rakes in the compensation, is an insult.
These are not value-maximizing entrepreneurs at the top, they know they will get the compensation regardless of any growth, employee retention, innovation or value add, and there is no penalty for not performing, so poor managers remain and stop any talented individuals underneath. I left in the early days when HR started fiddling with the appraisal ratings to push out anyone performing less than the median and once they were pushed out, the 'good' workers remaining were then pushed to below the median because 'someone has to be in the lower quartile' until the high performers were then judged to be average performers and likely went off sick with stress anyway.
5 years on and people still believe they are turning the ship around. That ship crashed on the rocks years ago, losing its best crew, cargo and engines. It may look like the ship is turning around, but that's just the tide taking the remaining bits out to sea.
I retired from DXC some 5 years ago, being determined to stick it out and leave on my own terms.
Even then, pay rises were a will-o'-the-wisp that passed by, but never landed. It's staggering to check out this site and find employees are still languishing with complaints of no pay raise, accounts suffering and still leaving due to a lack of delivery resource, plus assorted crazy diktats being imposed from above. Thanks to the current upper management, the company would appear to be in terminal state of decline.
Wake up Mickey, et al at the top! The writing is on the wall. Whilst you might walk away into the rainbow sunset with a large bag of money, your legacy will be a broken company leaving thousands of distraught long suffering employees. Can your conscience really live with that?
Karma has a way of coming back in one form or another.
I know we should feed the troll but @lyd is talking rubbish.
So go on then answer these questions
year 1 of DXC where was the salary increase and training?
year 2 of DXC where was the salary increase and training?
year 3 of DXC where was the salary increase and training?
year 4 of DXC you call that a salary increase given years 1-3? and where's training?
year 5 of DXC where is the salary increase and training?
The problem with training is due to leaderships mismanagement and refusal to reward staff properly too many people leave and you can't recruit replacements so the staff left are far too busy to do even the joke courses in DXC Uni.
If it gets to that point just leave the company. You'll be happier and have stronger career prospects.
We are turning this company around - please be patient
er, thats the point, been going around and around in diminishing circles for the whole 5 years of existence!
We are turning this company around - please be patient. We have provided salary increases and training.
