I was looking around and saw Amol Motivala is the Aero Chief Commercial officer and this seems kinda nebulous. Does anyone know?

It's another manager that is an overpaid, useless, greedy fool from Honeywell's "low cost geography". AM will virtue signal in an attempt to make Honeywell look hip and relevant. It's all a lot of window dressing with no substance. It's like icing a cake that went rotten two weeks ago. There's nothing left at Honeywell. The company lost its way with Jack Welsh disciples running the place and using it as their personal cash cow. They run M&A in an attempt to make the place look profitable and are coasting on 30-year-old legacy products. The Anthem debacle is going to be just another project of rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic.
