Is anyone seeing layoffs yet in their department?

Fixing payments will require cleaning house at the very top, payments is a complicated and ultracompetitive business, you can only hide lack of growth and mediocre performance for so long moving critical job functions to Europe, chickens have come home to roost and payments needs real leadership and experienced talent at the top.
Good..... Payments is a pit of useless middle managers. A number of incompetent middle managers from the old testing group (etm), all should be let go
I heard Next week it’s Payments…
Wealth management had layoffs a few weeks ago
Yes all managers and supervisors were laid off in consumer direct
Any cuts in Consumer Direct on mortgage side?
Yes the sales managers in direct lending got laid off.
Did sales managers get let go today?
Mortgage side all mgmt below site mgr and all supervisors were laid off. This doesn’t resolve the over staffing for the ops employees, so there will be more to come. The sales side had a few but more will come as they are not able to meet the minimum production levels.
Bloodbath- what dept are you in
It’s been a bloodbath on the lending side today…
Merging who?
Please tell me so I am prepared?
All loan officers in direct lending were let go except 11.
Was it just processing managers that got let go today? Or anyone on the sales side?
They laid off all Processing ROMs and Supervisors today. 28 under Kevin Crandle in Earth City - unreal!!!! Again, biggest and best year they had in 2021, only to let the ones go who made them the money!!! Thankless! We can only hope karma comes around!
So is this the second round of layoffs predominantly affecting lending? It just seems very targeted, despite taking months and months.
Consumer direct and direct lending are merging. Several layoffs in all roles, manager, supervisor, loan officer, closing, processing
Direct lending sales lost 3 managers and more than half of the sales reps
7 supervisors from my department got the call this morning. I know of at least two managers from other departments who also got the axe. All of this on the mortgage side.
What dept?
We just had a meeting that they are merging two major departments together, so I’m sure layoffs are coming
