Who gets the job of designing these emails? I do think this one was better than some of the other ones, especially since a lot of groups have Teams now.

Some legit emails from Wells Fargo are as stupid as this SPAM - especially the screamy compliance type emails.
I forwarded it to my team. LOL
They didn't send it to me because any email that appears not to be mine I hit the phishing button. I haven't missed out on anything yet.
I fell for it. It looked legit, and I know my management is in an on-site meeting this week as well as a re-org rumored to be happening. So all of that was taken in on the click.

I wouldn't use your two year old as an excuse because that's the top reason they want you to RTO.
They definitely upped their game on this one. I went to Teams to see if there were any notifications there. Seeing none I hit the spam/phish button. But it wasn't an easy one to spot.
I do the same with emails from Charlie and DEI.
i fell for it, partly bc my 2 year old was running around and the last status update in our team meeting yesterday was about them setting up a teams so I just read manager and teams
Anyone who needs help figuring out which emails are the spam/phish test emails is an example of the problem with people WF hires. They're blatantly obvious.

Just look at the return email. It is not brain surgery folks.
I knew it was a scam when I saw the word "urgently" Nothing in this cluster is done URGENT
Companies have been setting themselves up for failure for years. This is all self-created. They trained us to click on links and use all of the technology. Now they are trying to train us to identify issues. Isn’t there technology that can identify this stuff or do we still need humans?
