Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

We don't have the BA--S to unionize

The company knows this and as a result treats us all like garbage.
Everybody wants willing workers right now. Time to get the he-l out.
I'm out of here. Good luck to anybody who both lacks the ba--s to unionize
also the ba--s to get the he-l out.
Cya!

4 years, I quit on Monday, start my union job next Monday, couldn't be happier!! Definitely need to look at how they treat their longtime employees. Stand up or get out!!

A union is only going to mean more bosses, even tougher metrics and a smaller paycheck.

Establishing a union in Sams / Walmart would be like storming a beach in a war. The first few waves of beach landing soldiers would suffer the most losses with losses remaining fairly high until the beach was actually secured, That is true of unionizing too. Among the the first group to push it would be many who get fired for minor albeit legitimate reasons that they likely would not have before the union attempt. Are you willing to get fired on the road to later associates benefiting from your sacrifice? Most folks are not so willing.
