Well the sentence structure might suck. Yet! I don’t know how many times I’ve seen a memo from Honeywell. Where they use do not rather than don’t. Maybe I should get promoted because basically these other people run the company anyway.

Why would you refer anyone to begin with?
I don't want to have that on my conscience. Not even my worst enemy.

Wow, that is some of the worst sentence structure I've seen in quite some time.

I don’t like how Honeywell does it. The person that refers you gets the money. The reason why Honeywell offers a referral bonus. It’s the only way they can keep this toxic environment running. They’re always hiring their spouses or buddies. So when one of them gets fired for going to far. The culture doesn’t ever change because their spouses and buddies act the same way.

A perfect example of this was when they fired somebody. They friends or spouses get promoted. Then they’re always in contact with them by phone through the chat lines. It’s like they never left the company.

So we have the puppet being run by the people that no longer work at the company. Same old toxic environment. My solution to the problem is is to find a new job. I’ll have 10 years and that’s a good enough for me. Which equals 40 credits and couple of ulcers for the abuse you go through.

God I’m glad I’m gonna be out of here.

type ‘referral bonus’ in the search menu of the HR hub - explains it all.
