Yes, without a doubt.

But they have already factored that into their "cost of doing business" and are not concerned about it. They will save far more in severance not paid than they will pay in legal fees and related losses.

It's the same mindset that applies to all the shady stuff they do.

Yes. I'm working on one now. We were promised watercooler conversation as part of RTO, but all of the watercoolers were removed due to COVID.
