Only folks that don't get a yearly increase are capped out so don't believe the folks saying they don't get a yearly raise. You can change job titles with a higher TSR to get a bump.

Only get an out of cycle if your low in your TSR or you get promoted with the standard 10% increase. Very few perks in managing people anymore.

WoW. Your kidding? Right?
This company goes decades with no raise for management lower than District.
Occupational will receive raises based on contract usually $500 a year if that.
This company likes to hire people that want to work for free for the priviledge of having a
AT&T ID.

It depends, promotion or company trying to retain high performing managers. It happens more often than you would think.
