Even if I got an adequate raise for the amount of work I do, I would still look for another job because some employees are here not for pay only, but also want to advance in their careers. This is impossible here for someone who is not a brown-noser. At least that's my opinion.

If you do not agree with senior leaders your have no future. They do not want constructive feedback, they do not want to hear your ideas for process improvement they want people who do not think for themselves. Just look at talentless people in VP and director roles. No leadership skills at all. Just yes men and women. Learn to take marching orders regardless how ridiculous they are and you will have a future. I have seen so many great leaders leave nd the useless trash stays.
